RULES & REGULATIONS
20lb. Order Minimum
Anything under will be billed as 20 lb.
Weight Cap
Orders over 80 lbs. are charged an extra +$0.25/lb. or can be split into multiple orders.
Bulky Items
No bulky bed/bath residential laundry accepted for wash & fold at this time unless pre-approved. Linens/towels accepted but washed and priced separately.
Turnaround
Standard 48–72 hours. Rush (priority) 24–48 hours available when capacity allows (pickup before 12pm increases chance). Times are estimates — never guaranteed.
What’s Included
Basic wash, dry, fold. Ironing/steaming/hang-dry items will incur extra per-item charge. Available upon request. Unless specified and approved, all garments are ran through the dryer.
Payment
Deposit may be required for memberships equal to one load or 20lbs. Deposit amount will be applied to final charge. Final charge confirmed after weighing. Payment can be made via CashApp (preferred), Zelle, or credit/debit card. Final payment must be made to schedule laundry delivery.
Liability
Basic wash & fold only. Abuela’s is not responsible for shrinkage, color transfer, or damage from existing stains/repairs. We reserve the right to refuse service.
