Welcome! My name is Juliana, but you can call me Julie. I am the heart, soul, and hands behind Beverages by the Palmetto, a luxury Mobile Mocktail Bar & Catering Experience.
My mission? To bring people together through unforgettable, elevated beverage and hospitality experiences that are uniquely curated for each and every event. No two people are the same, and neither should their celebrations be. That’s why every detail of my service is fully customized, personal, and passionately dedicated to bringing your vision to life. Whether you choose to supply your own alcohol or let me craft a completely alcohol-free experience, I promise you this: Your event will be one-of-a-kind.
A SIP OF MY STORY: THE JOURNEY BEHIND BBTP
A LIFETIME OF HOSTING & HOSPITALITY
I was born in Red Bank, NJ and raised in Ramtown, a small town within Howell, NJ, part of the famous Jersey Shore. My journey into events and hospitality started early—working as an Executive Assistant for my sister’s upscale candy buffet business. From weddings to corporate events and even surprise engagements, I quickly learned how much joy these moments bring people.
I fell in love with the energy, the excitement, and the milestones that events create.

...I continued in the restaurant industry as the ultimate "hostess with the mostess", before diving into the business side of hospitality. For over a decade, I worked directly with some of the biggest names in high-end hospitality and event planning. As the Head Accounts Payable Manager for an elite private club in Tribeca, NY, I managed high-profile events for Rihanna, Leonardo DiCaprio, Camila Cabello, New York Fashion Week, and the Tribeca Film Festival. I wasn’t just paying the vendors—I was inside these events, witnessing firsthand how to create truly unforgettable luxury experiences.
BRINGING LUXURY & PERSONALIZATION TO YOU
With all of that experience, I knew it was time to create my own empire. I launched Beverages by the Palmetto in Myrtle Beach, SC, combining my love for curated hospitality, exquisite drinks, and personalized service. Whether I'm handcrafting a menu, setting the perfect ambiance, or serving you with my signature warmth, I bring the same energy I would for my closest family and friends.
